Better hosts for great customer service

From parking wardens to parking hosts. The main task is to monitor our own car parks, street and off-street parking locations. We work pro-actively to make it easier for our customers to park correctly and are happy to help with more than just that.

We have a partnership with the Borås Tourist Office, which means that we also act as hosts for the town. Continuous training about Borås and its points of interest makes it both easy and enjoyable to answer questions about everything from directions to events.

Our parking hosts are responsible for all parking matters and are trained and up-to-date with applicable legislation. They are also trained in CPR to deal with any incidents that may occur during their work. In order to carry out their work as intended, they document all events that can occur during a work day to prevent any misunderstandings.

Our colleagues are highly visible in their brand new uniforms, out and about in Borås in all weathers, in cars and on foot as they proudly carry out their tasks of providing information and ensuring that everyone can park correctly.
