If you have questions regarding a parking enforcement fine (Sw. ‘kontrollavgift’) relating to unlawful parking on any kind of private land, you should contact the issuer of the enforcement fine.
Contest an enforcement fine issued by Borås kommuns Parkerings AB by e-mailing us using the following form https://www.parkeringboras.se/en/parkings/park-correctly/#complain or via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have questions about a parking ticket (Sw. ‘parkeringsanmärkning’) that was issued on public land, contact the police in the municipality in which the parking ticket was issued.
You can make a payment to Pg (postal giro service) 81 54 01-5. Remember to input your case ID (Sw. ‘ärendenummer’) as an OCR number.
The zone code of the parking space you pay for determines where you are allowed to park. In the city centre the zone is quite large, and in other places it covers only the car park that you paid to park in. Each zone code is unique, and you are allowed to park anywhere within that zone without having to pay again.

You need to pay the parking fee even when the meter is out of order. You can pay either at the next meter in the same parking zone or using your phone. We would be grateful if you would be so kind as to let us know when disruptions occur so that we can quickly solve the problem; to do so, follow the instructions on the meter.

We provide parking spaces with charging for your electric car.
You pay for the parking according to the parking rules and fees that apply in the area, and start and pay for your charge via Easypark’s app, see information on the charging post.
The charging power at the charging points is 3-phase 11 kW on each outlet, the charging fee is SEK 4 / kWh.

In places where there is a charging post but no sign “Charging place”, it is ok to park even for those who do not have electric / electric hybrid vehicles.
To start / stop charging and parking in the Easypark app, you must have updated to the latest version.
If the charging cable is stuck in the charging pole, call our customer service phone 033 – 35 32 50 weekdays 8: 00-12: 00 and 13: 00-15: 30, other times call Securitas phone 010 – 470 51 05. In the event of a customer handling error, Securitas takes out a fee of SEK 1,000.
